167 Green

167 Green is a 17-story, 750,000 square foot Class A office building in Chicago's Fulton Market District. At the start of the project, I worked with a design firm to provide creative direction for the brand development. My role was to maintain Shapack’s sophisticated look and feel and ensure 167 looked different than anything else. I built out all materials, including the property brochure, website, presentation and proposal templates, and more.

167 Green:
Brand Refresh

Over time I worked to refresh and evolve the branding to keep it relevant and fresh. The new look is lighter and brighter with some new design elements, but maintains the overall look and feel of the original branding. Additionally, I adapted the marketing brochure into an interactive PDF to allow for a more natural weblike user experience when viewing.
